Through grant proposal development, research, qualitative and quantitative evaluation, research, data infrastructure, and data management services we help you succeed in applying for funding, assessing opportunities for improvement, and demonstrating your program’s success. We help you measure psychosocial variables like perceptions of problem-solving abilities, sense of belonging, STEM efficacy, student perseverance, creativity, and fixed & growth mindset.

One-on-one tutoring and mentoring that focuses on the multiple dimensions of learners. ILC’s unique approach combines behavioral, social, and STEM learning strategies to foster curiosity, competency, and success. We measure individual students’ sense of belonging, fixed & growth mindset, math efficacy & anxiety, STEM efficacy & perseverance, perceptions of problem-solving abilities, executive functioning skills, and so much more.

Attend virtual professional development events for researchers and educators who are ready to make a difference. Learn to use action research and data analytics to advance the academic success of underrepresented students in STEM. Sessions cover a variety of topics, including, culturally responsive pedagogy and research, supporting neurodiverse students in STEM education, and developing students’ leadership.
